But the media does not contain the language packs. When I try to add any additional language it gives errors about my computer not connected to the network. And I cannot connect that computer to the network. When you’re connected, go to Language settings, select the language in the list, select Options, and finish downloading.

So I am still searching where to download the language packs for windows? After I download I can transfer the image to the offsite computer on a USB flash drive and install the computer from the flash drive. This is what I need. Surprisingly I am within a company with the volume licensing and the support guys asked me to use Microsoft support because my offline installation issue is unique to a specific project. And this is the only way I could post a support request. Do you know where are the images if we are volume licensed corporate organization?
